Your business contact details
Conversa helps language training providers find companies that might need their services. For a company that a provider has selected, our robot reads a few public pages of its website (the legal notice, the contact page, sometimes the team page) and offers the provider's sales team the email address and phone number published there.
What we read, and what we do not do
- We only read public pages of the company's own website: never a social network, a directory or a purchased database.
- Each contact detail keeps the address of the page where it was read and the date: the person writing to you can tell you where they got it.
- We do not make up addresses: nothing is guessed from a name.
- Our robot respects the robots.txt file of websites. It identifies itself as "Conversa-coordonnees".
- An address not retained by the sales team is deleted no later than three years after it was read.
Who is responsible
The training provider that contacts you decides to write to you and is responsible for how it uses your contact details. In its first message, it must tell you where it found them and that you can object (Article 14 of the GDPR). The legal basis is its legitimate interest in offering its training to professionals.
Object
Enter the email address or phone number that you no longer want to see suggested. It will be removed immediately from all suggestions, for all providers, and will never be suggested again. We only keep a fingerprint of the contact detail, never the contact detail itself.
For your entire website, you can also state this in your robots.txt file: "User-agent: Conversa-coordonnees" followed by "Disallow: /".
